- 2.0–2.5 mm greyboard rigid box core, or factory recommendation matching sample video stiffness.
- Wrapped with premium coated paper.

- Hidden magnets for closure if compatible with this structure.
- Reinforced hinges to survive repeated opening.
- Pre-assembled boxes vs flat-pack options and shipping impact.
