## Project
Luxury gamer energy powder monthly unboxing box for GLYTCH Energy.

## Locked structure
Use Yisonprinting double-door / gatefold rigid box structure from supplied template and video.
- Template file: `box_template.pdf`
- Template indicated size: **20 x 13 x 10.5 cm**
- Rigid hardcover/gatefold construction with two opening doors.
- This replaces prior Sleeve + Handle concept.

## Contents
1. **Powder tub**
   - HDPE tub
   - Approx Ø90 mm
   - Approx 85 mm tall with cap
   - Approx 300 g filled weight
2. **Collectible card pack**
   - Standard TCG cards: 63 x 88 mm
   - Finished 5-card foil pack not final
   - Allow pocket around **70 x 100 x 8 mm**, or advise factory-recommended clearance.

## Tray / insert
Preferred: **black EVA foam insert** unless cost is insane.
- Tub cavity: recommend Ø94–96 mm x 50–60 mm deep, confirm actual tub fit with sample.
- Card pack pocket: recommend 72 x 103 x 10 mm minimum, finger notch.
- Optional small QR/welcome insert slot if available without increasing tooling complexity.

## Materials / construction request
Ask factory to quote:
- 2.0–2.5 mm greyboard rigid box core, or factory recommendation matching sample video stiffness.
- Wrapped with premium coated paper.
- Anti-scratch matte lamination on outside.
- Hidden magnets for closure if compatible with this structure.
- Reinforced hinges to survive repeated opening.
- Pre-assembled boxes vs flat-pack options and shipping impact.

## Print / finish direction
Base visual system:
- Exterior: matte black / rich black.
- Interior: flavor-color flood per SKU.
- GLYTCH logo: silver foil or green foil + emboss/deboss plaque area.
- Character art: spot UV selective gloss over matte base.
- Glitch pattern / energy strokes: spot UV.
- Optional foil edge details around front doors.

Production layer requirements:
- `DIELINE` layer: factory cut/fold lines, non-printing.
- `ARTWORK` layer: CMYK artwork, 300 dpi images at final size.
- `SPOT UV` layer: vector masks, 100% spot color.
- `FOIL` layer: vector masks, 100% spot color.
- `EMBOSS` / `DEBOSS` layer: vector masks, 100% spot color.
- 3 mm bleed minimum; 3–5 mm safety inside cuts/folds.
- Fonts outlined; linked images embedded; provide PDF/X-4 + AI if possible.

## What we need from factory now
1. Confirm final internal dimensions for 90 mm x 85 mm tub + card pack pocket.
2. Confirm whether current 20 x 13 x 10.5 cm structure fits contents and EVA insert.
3. Provide editable dieline/template with outside + inside panels clearly separated.
4. Quote 1K / 3K / 5K / 10K units.
5. Quote sample cost + sample lead time.
6. Quote tooling/mold cost for EVA tray.
7. Quote hidden magnet closure if applicable.
8. Confirm material/thickness options and whether box ships pre-assembled.
